ITAC (Asia) Limited Wins Kmart Australia’s 2013 IT Supplier of the Year - “Project and Innovation” Award

On May 28, 2012, ITAC was presented with Kmart’s 2013 IT Supplier of the Year – “Project and Innovation” Award. ITAC was awarded for its successful implementation of the eCOM B2B Framework. eCOM utilized its B2B Framework and IBM Sterling B2B Sterling Integrator to integrate Kmart’s internal systems with its SAP system via Application Link Enabling (ALE) and synchronous Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI). As a result, the eCOM B2B Framework became very valuable to Kmart’s SAP project by reducing the required implementation time. The project was outsourced to ITAC and was successfully completed on-time with zero issues. The award was presented during Kmart’s Supplier session held at the Mulgrave Country Club in Wheeler’s Hill, Victoria, Australia. The session also outlined Kmart Australia’s IT priorities for 2014 and supplier opportunities in its respective departments such as Stores, Merchandise, Supply Chain & Finance, Marketing, and Technology Services. ITAC is the consulting, implementation, training, and support services arm for eCOM’s globally recognized B2B Framework solution. The eCOM B2B Framework is an extension to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator that primarily accelerates deployment, reduces implementation costs by 70%, and improves overall ROI.
